PnP Templates
Summary¶
In this article, you will learn how to connect PnP Templates with Valo Teamwork templates.
How to use PnP Templates with Valo Teamwork?¶
Select PnP Template
- Navigate to Teamwork Admin site, for example, https://{tenant}.sharepoint.com/sites/teamworkadmin
- Open the Templates tab
- Choose the template you wish to edit and click on Edit template behind the three dots
- Expand the Provisioning section from the Edit template panel
- Under PnP Template use the file picker to upload a PnP template you wish to connect with your Valo Teamwork template that will be provisioned during a workspace creation
- Click on Save to save the settings

Location of PnP template files¶
The PnP template files (.xml or .pnp) are uploaded to the PnP Templates document library which is located in the Valo Teamwork Admin site collection.
PnP-related support¶
- The supported template formats for PnP templates are XML and PnP file
- PnP.Framework version supported in Valo Teamwork: 1.7.0
- These are the PnP schemas supported in Valo Teamwork:

Using Site Templates and PnP Template within the same Valo Teamwork template¶
There are no restrictions in Site Templates and PnP template being used within the same Valo Teamwork template. However, if the template is set up with PnP and Site Templates configurations, Site Templates will get applied before the PnP template. It is important to consider this order to avoid potential conflicts.
