Summary

In this article, you will learn how to configure Valo Intranet features in Valo Teamwork templates.

Prerequisites

  1. At least Valo Intranet 4.0 must be installed to the tenant
  2. Currently, we only support the provisioning of Valo Intranet features to communication sites-based templates
  3. The template must be associated to a Valo Intranet hub site

Note

You can also apply Valo Intranet features to modern team sites-based templates (such as a Microsoft Teams team template in Valo Teamwork). However, this feature is in experimental mode and will not be supported.

How to use Valo Intranet features with Valo Teamwork?

Configure Valo Intranet features provisioning

  1. Navigate to the Teamwork Admin site, for example, https://{tenant}.sharepoint.com/sites/teamworkadmin
  2. Open the Templates tab
  3. Choose the template you wish to edit and click on Edit template behind the three dots first
  4. Expand the Association section from the Edit template panel
  5. Select a Valo Intranet hub site you wish workspaces created with this template to be associated from the Hub sites drop down
  6. Expand the Provisioning section from the Edit template panel
  7. Under Valo Intranet Features select the features you wish to enable during a workspace creation
  8. Click on Save to save the settings
