Hub Site Association
Summary¶
Teamwork allows created workspaces to be associated with hub sites during the workspace provisioning.
Associate hub site
- Navigate to Teamwork Admin site, e.g https://{tenant}.sharepoint.com/sites/teamworkadmin
- Open Templates tab
- Choose the template you wish to edit and click on Edit template behind three dots
- Expand the Association section from Edit template panel
- Select the hubsite you wish workspaces created with this template to be associated from the Hub sites drop down
- Valo Intranet hub sites are market with VALO INTRANET tag in the dropdown
- Click on Save to save the settings
Note
When workspace is associated with Valo Intranet hub site, and user navigates to newly created SharePoint site there will be site configuration panel visible on the site. Click on Finalize connection button to finalize hub site association.
Information
Associating with Valo Intranet hub sites is not with Valo Teamwork versions prior to 4.0, as there is possibility to copy the user permissions from the hub site instead of using the permissions defined in workspace order form.
