Configuring External Sharing
Summary¶
In case there is a need to use external users when provisioning workspaces with Valo Teamwork, the Valo Teamwork Admin site need to be configured so that it allows external users, in addition to tenant level external user settings. Without enabling external sharing on site collection level on Teamwork Admin site external users won't be resolved when ordered workspaces will be provisioned. This page will go through how you can check and change Teamwork Admin site external sharing settings.
Allow External Users in Teamwork Admin site¶
In order to see external sharing settings, navigate to SharePoint Admin Center, e.g https://{tenant}-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/AdminHome.aspx#/home, and open Active sites listing. Locate the Teamwork Admin site and click on Sharing and set the external sharing option according to needs from Sharing panel. Click on Save to save the settings.
